Prime Rib Roast with Habanero Crema; Twice-Baked Miso-Potato; Balsamic Carrots and Spicy Stir-fried Brussel Sprouts.

 The Rib Roast was dry-brined for three days in a crust of coarsely ground fennel seeds, garlic; garlic powder, caraway seeds, thyme, paprika, and peppercorns.  The Habanero Crema consist of smooth blended chile, sour cream, cilantro, horseradish, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
