Planked Salmon with a garlic, dry mustard, lemon and rosemary dressing and capers [yes, a repeat, Chief Dottie’s choice] on a bed of Stir-fried Brussel Sprouts [new item!] and our vegetable offering was Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower with Romesco or our fall offering of Delicata Squash roasted with a Chipotle-herb seasoning. [or you can have both!]
