What’s Cooking at Dottie’s Plate Lick’en Good Jazz Café and All-Night Bookstore.

Wonderful to be open again and thankful to have kept the entire staff!


Last Night’s Main Course: A variation of a “Beer Can Chicken” Herbs de Provence after a Night’s Sleep in a Buttermilk Bath.  

A sweet white wine instead of beer. 


 

The salad had a Homemade Cornbread Croutons and Bar-B-Que dressing. Sided with Grilled Seasoned Zucchini and “Smashed New Potatoes. 

A light dessert of Macerated Cherries with a Whipped Ricotta Cheese over a Sweet Crisp Cookie.
